Multiboxing | Standard launcher + Steam?
If I had to guess, I would say that wouldn't work. There are two common multibox launchers, Gw2Launcher and GW2 Launchbuddy. I used to use Launchbuddy but got turned off it because the dev started locking bug fixes behind a paywall, and now I use Gw2Launcher which actually seems to be far more customisable anyway.

Any way but Arcdps to measure your own DPS?
The Addon Manager had some problems after the Chromium Update. It's working perfectly fine for me now though, although I'd advise you to download the latest version just to be sure.
