Stars - the number of stars that a project has on GitHub. Growth - month over month growth in stars.
Activity is a relative number indicating how actively a project is being developed. Recent commits have higher weight than older ones.
For example, an activity of 9.0 indicates that a project is amongst the top 10% of the most actively developed projects that we are tracking.

Buildings like this are probably a dime a dozen, but does anyone recognize its location?
This geoestimation site thinks its somewhere in Manhattan, but the residents of NYC I spoke with claimed that it looks like something you'd instead see in NJ.

I found this photo in an old book, and suspect it might have been taken at Joshua Tree National Park. Can anyone who has been there verify this speculation?
I see. I was recommended a website that runs geoestimations, which is where I got the location of JTNP. But based on other images I have fed the program, it doesn't seem to be the most accurate.

Collecting Streetview screenshots for Machine Learning
Here is another one along with its Github. Although, honestly it really only works well for places that are very popular (e.g. famous landmarks).
