What's up with people in T3 fractals not knowing the mechanics of certain fractals.
The killproof plugin is also handy. What you could also get is the Mechanic plugin to ARCdps wich is sadly not included in the Addon updater but you can get it here: https://github.com/MarsEdge/GW2-ArcDPS-Mechanics-Log It tells you who failed mechanics in Bossfights.

Mini-Rant to people doing Strike Missions
By using a plugin for Arc called ArcDPS Boon Table. Download the dll file and put it in the same folder (bin64) as your ArcDPS. Alt+Shift+B is the default keybind to bring it up. You can choose which boons to show and etc. Enjoy!
