for the best gta 4 experience, make sure to install fusion fix and the visual mod that restores the console look (including the correct gamma setting)

Okay but if you at least replace GTAIV/common/shaders/ with this you will not regret it. Many shader errors fixed to restore console graphics effects that Rockstar left out for bad porting or 2008 PC performance reasons. https://github.com/Parallellines0451/GTAIV.ShaderFixesCollection
