where to find data.win file for other games made in gamemaker?
GMS1 was released in May 2012. If you're positive this was made in GameMaker, it's most likely the even older GameMaker 8 program. You can get a GM8 reverser and GM8 itself to open the resulting project file.

There are decompilers like GM8Decompiler - no idea if that works for you or produces something useable...

Gamemaker games run with delayed audio, "No sound device detected. Sounds might not play." when dsound is switched to builtin.
Not sure about the error, but you might wanna try OpenGMK's gm8emulator for playing Gamemaker 8 games on Linux
