Got the SimJacks Pro
Btw, for anyone who needs help setting these pedals up, you'll need the FreeJoy Configurator: https://github.com/FreeJoy-Team/FreeJoyConfiguratorQt/releases Mine required 1.7.0b3, but try the other versions if that doesn't work for you.

Got the SimJacks Pro
Once downloaded, open up and click on "Read config from Device" and then "Save config to file" to save the stock config for safekeeping. Then, select the "Axes Config" tab and calibrate the 3 pedals/axis. Once done, click on "Write config to Device" and also "Save config to file" again if you like. I'm trying to wire up a throttle with a ton of buttons in the hand grip and minimal wiring space in the passage between the handle and main body. Best way to do it?
Not sure if you've already looked into it, but if you didn't check out shift registers. They'll allow you to run theoretically any number of buttons with only 5 wires by using daisy chain. In reality you'll probably be limited by the fact that Windows doesn't accept more than 64 buttons for each device in it's generic joystick interface. It's still plenty, though.

Shift Registers and MMJoy2
I've spent about 2 days trying to google the issue and gone over every join I've got with a multimeter, I'm pretty sure it's not a short which was the only issue I saw suggested. I've tried a variety of different ways of wiring the things up. I was originally trying to copy this wiring scheme.

Should i get CH Throttle for 20$ if the seller says condition unknown (it has gameport connector so no way to test it, i guess).
