Fraunces is a uniquely complex font, be sure you've downloaded the full official release, I don't know if the Google-hosted one is complete enough for desktop use.

What to do if printer does not print font correctly?
We have a problem with TrueType font Lora (https://github.com/cyrealtype/Lora-Cyrillic) and certain characters with acute accent. The accents are misplaced (shifted to the left). And it seems the problem occurs only with older HP printers and maybe OKIs. We don't have this kind of problem with CANON MFP or Kyocera.
