I personally use this one: https://github.com/Shadowspaz/NIAutoclicker It allows you to set autoclicker just for the game (you can use browser or do whatever while it runs)

prob stupid question but how do people afk in mob farms with looting??
There are two main options that I would consider, the first being Periodic Attack from tweakeroo, which does what it sounds like, and the second being NIAutoclicker, which is an autoclicker that functions within the window and therefore still allows you to use your PC
