Building a DIY Pen Plotter
Grbl on ESP32 absolutely is a thing. I've been using it drive my robots for years. https://github.com/bdring/FluidNC

Do $3-5k machines have an effortless way of storing and starting a routine request prompt?
Not that I'm aware. The closest I know is the FluidNC firmware https://github.com/bdring/FluidNC for ESP32 boards.

ESP32-S3 SPI bus
According with this image from the espressif github there are some pins (35, 36, 37, 47, 48) with "SPI functions", and some others marked with the tags "FSPI" and "Subspi" (9-14, 35-38).

I have some a4988 stepper driver and esp 32 but no driver .How can i code for a diy cnc with these? What will be the instructions?
I use this one. WiFi access, upload gcode to SD card and fire the job. Pretty happy about that. I bought one of the boards they make, and they provide support for that so buying from them makes things easier. But there's more [supported hardware](https://github.com/bdring/FluidNC/wiki/Hardware-that-Runs-FluidNC). There are configurations ready for some of those cheap boards and a friend made one work out of the box.

6 pack eps32 controller?
I've been looking at the tinybee since I need 4 axes and external driver support... I don't see it on the hardware that runs fluidNC page https://github.com/bdring/FluidNC/wiki/Hardware-that-Runs-FluidNC

Minimum Computer Requirements
I looked up the specs for Candle https://github.com/Denvi/Candle says it will run on very minimum hardware. Windows/Linux x86, CPU with SSE2 instruction set support, Graphics card with OpenGL 2.0 support, 120 MB free storage space.
- Arduino 2560 can’t upload Grbl

can someone help me identify what type of machine this is?
The sainsmart getting started guide is decent enough, worth checking out. I'm pro usb-ing it to a computer (Raspberry pi w/ a touchscreen in my case) & using Candle to drive it, and fusion 360 to generate toolpaths (.nc) files for it. The sainsmart guide covers all that mostly.

How much time does it take to make PCB and 2d engravings from images?
I used Candle for awhile (https://github.com/Denvi/Candle). Mach 4 can do it, but I haven't tried with a PCB.

Impulse bought a CNC Machine, Plz Send help
Personally in my setup I use Fusion360 for CAD, CAM and POST, sometimes on complicated/organic models I do the CAD in Blender instead and just import it into Fusion for the CAM/POST, and for a sender I use a little app called Candle (picked it because it had some nice utilities for etching out PCBs which is how I got into CNC), but there's plenty options out there.

Esp8266 pulse counter. Milled PCB.
I am using pcb2gcode for generating my files for the engraver. https://github.com/pcb2gcode/pcb2gcodeGUI . For commanding the mill I am using Candle. https://github.com/Denvi/Candle . This works very nicely.
