Stars - the number of stars that a project has on GitHub. Growth - month over month growth in stars.
Activity is a relative number indicating how actively a project is being developed. Recent commits have higher weight than older ones.
For example, an activity of 9.0 indicates that a project is amongst the top 10% of the most actively developed projects that we are tracking.

EF Core In-Memory DB (for testing) does not allow List<int> property even though this is something Postgres does. How would I go about testing this?
I have a blog post on setting up docker in your integration tests. Want to refactor it to use fluent docker eventually but works well for now.

Help understanding how to write tests for code that performs actions on databases & Local files
I would just stick to integration tests here. The good news is you're using docker already, why not spin up a docker container of the database in your tests? Fluent Docker is a great tool for this.

Nextcloud under WSL2 with Snap, can't access remotely or from other devices on the same network.
For my current attempt I installed a clean instance of Debian, installed Snap, then used this to allow Snap to work. After installing Snap core I installed Nextcloud through Snap. This allows me to connect to Nextcloud by visiting localhost from Windows. This was pretty easy compared to the other methods but I can't for the life of me figure out why I can't seem to access it through other devices on my network, or remotely through port forwarding.

How to make bash as default When we open terminal app or Ubuntu app?
Windows terminal settings has an option for setting the default terminal, your Ubuntu might be bugged, I fixed mine permanently (so far, been using for a month without issues) by reinstalling (clean install of ubuntu wsl) and applying the systemd activation script you could try using an elevated powershell then running "wsl --shutdown" then opening a non elevated instance of wsl ubuntu
