The one I use is http://ficsave.xyz/ but if you google 'fanfic downloader' you'll find plenty.
ficsave.xyz is down right now. FicHub.net still up and working for downloading fanfiction.net stories

If you want to download fic from ff.net though, you'll have to use an external tool. A bit of googling around brought up https://ficsave.xyz/ as one of the more frequent recs.

Edit: Oh are you talking about the https://ficsave.xyz? That's the old website in which the developer explicitly stated on their twitter that they are no longer working on it. Instead, go to https://beta.ficsave.xyz which is their version 2.0 and it's in beta, but in my experience works well. The only issue that I have is that I have to download one fic at a time, but that's the price to pay for resolving the Cloudflare issue.
