You need to go there , then you need to click on the green "code" button. Once you clicked on that you just need to download the .zip file and extract it in your ressource pack folder.

ZIP file has been "obfuscated" and claims to be the 65536th part of a multi-volume archive. (cannot extract)
Basically, I have this ZIP file that was obfuscated (probably using something like this), and now claims to be the final part of a 65535-part multi-volume ZIP archive. This was done to prevent it from being opened in any application, but still allow it to be interpreted by Minecraft: Java Edition. Here are my discoveries so far:
