I've read that mining dogecoin is essentially pointless without ASICS, however I'm wondering, what (linux compatible) software you guys would recommend to use? I saw MultiMiner but again it looks like it hasn't been updated in over a year. I just want to do a proof-of-concept with the hardware I have before I optimize, even if its not profitable, I am just curious what's involved and how to connect it to the dogecoind core daemon.
