Actually it's entirely possible to directly inject coordinates into rambo3, such a feature was added in FBNeo some time ago by the request of a lightgun user, see this commit.

The official cheats don't contain any chinese character, the only explanation i could come up with is that you bought this from a chinese company with pre-installed unofficial translated cheats. For the reminder, FBNeo is a non-commercial emulator, so please don't support chinese companies selling it illegally.

Tattoo Assassins runs slow
That's indeed related because the game doesn't have the standard eeprom behavior from other deco32 games. Nonetheless it was simply overlooked and it should now save eeprom settings with this commit.

You better learn to use ROM manager tools, I would recommend clrmamepro or romvault, you can generate the DAT files directly from the standalone version ( https://github.com/finalburnneo/FBNeo/releases ) by grabbing the nightly build, then go "Misc" -> "Generate dat file" -> "Generate all dats...", or you can download it from here: https://github.com/libretro/FBNeo/tree/master/dats

Does anyone know what I am doing wrong? I did not rename the files. I have tried manual scan in RetroArch with Arcade DAT file from https://github.com/libretro/FBNeo/tree/master/dats but that does not seem to help.
