parsing strings for calculation
If you don't want to roll your own, there are many existing libraries for this purpose.
- [OC] Options for Runtime (Dynamic) Scripting for .NET [C#, Scripting, Modding]
- Is there any easy way to call a variable through a string?

okidoki - markdown editor with C# support
Yup it's in Blazor. For C# evaluation I've used ExpressionEvaluator. I'll probably replace it with Microsoft.CodeAnalysis.CSharp.Scripting library but I had some issues when i try to run it on WASM. I guess it's related to this issue

Shear design with Calcpad
Yes, Calcpad supports units in a native way. I will post an example here. You can also change anything in the template. It is a simple html file, called template.html in c:\Program Files\Calcpad. If you have troubles doing that, you can find a friendly help in out GitHub Community. The other option is to insert some Html/CSS directly in your code:
- Free and open source software for mathematical and engineering calculations. Native support for units and numerical methods. Export to word and pdf.
-
Princlpal stresses in a deep beam
Yes, it is free and open source. You can find it on GitHub: https://github.com/Proektsoftbg/Calcpad
- Calcpad 5.8.8 is now available for download
