TIL That there is an esoteric programming language named "Brainfuck" which was created by Urban Müller in 1993 and doesn't have any letters / alphabets in it.

You can try using bpython, but I would recommend just getting used to it.

bython appears to be abandoned. You can from __future__ import braces though.
