Double Perk Apply Fix - The fix provided by SSE Engine Fixes is broken. So use this mod in addition. Set DoublePerkApply to false in SSE Engine Fixes as well.

Now that *essentially* every mod with the name fix in it is broken*, can someone just make them one single mod to avoid both confusion, people missing out on fixes if they just miss one, and feature conflicts.
