I used this Switchwire mod to increase my y motor clearance. https://github.com/strayr/Ender3_switchwire_fixes/tree/main/Y-motor

https://github.com/strayr/Ender3_switchwire_fixes/tree/main/Y-motor this should work with a straight up ender 3, but you will need to sort an endstop mount.

If you use my motor mount https://github.com/strayr/Ender3_switchwire_fixes/tree/main/Y-motor you can get some more travel to the rear, then you can shift the Y extrusion to youse the rear holes on the front screws and t-nuts or redrill in the rear you can move the bed 20mm further forward, would that help?
