Totally new to this and thinking of upgrading my ender 3 s1 pro to voron. Anyone done it? Any sites I can look into about doing it? I heard about the switch wire upgrade but not too much about it.
The Switchwire isn't exactly designed as an upgrade to any existing printer, but there are a couple of decently documented github projects to adapt the Ender, but not necessarily the S1 specifically.

Qs about Ender->SW conversion. PART 1 See description
I am looking to convert my E3v2 to Switchwire(SW), but I have some questions about the build, firmware, and slicer setup. Anyone who knows this conversion or has done it, I would love some guidance. I plan to use this or this for the conversion and already have half a stealthburner built. I've also watched assembly vids such as Hyper Makes and Steve Builds.

Will 2040 and 2020 extrusions work?
Check out the Ender 3 Switchwire mods. For example this one or this one. But there are several available mods. Just google it and find the best one for you. Those mods are based on 2020 or 2040 extrusions and should also work with other similar printers. Someone posted a serial request for an Artillery Sidewinder converted into a Switchwire using one of the Ender mods.

What should I do with a spare Ender 3 Pro?
I think someone is about to build their first Voron. A Voron Switchwire would be a worthy project.

Mostly Triano's Usermod, a few parts are DaRk_dOg I fixed a few things myself before finding DaRk_dOg, and there's a modified rear motor mount allowing a 48mm e3d high torque stepper

I used a Switchwire mode for the y-motor mount, but now the belt is too short.

Bed skipping at higher max accel

I’ve been tramming this thing for two days using 4 corners and the bltouch, trying to get this thing as flat as possible. I’m at 0.200mm variance now. Should I stop or can I improve further?
If you use my motor mount https://github.com/strayr/Ender3_switchwire_fixes/tree/main/Y-motor you can get some more travel to the rear, then you can shift the Y extrusion to youse the rear holes on the front screws and t-nuts or redrill in the rear you can move the bed 20mm further forward, would that help?
