Elegoo-Neptune-Support VS elegoo_neptune_2_CHEP_cura_profiles

I used this Cura profile: https://github.com/Toylerrr/Elegoo-Neptune-Support/releases/tag/Release vers 2.1.1

As for not enough cooling, it could be but I am not sure. What I mean is that when I installed Cura for the first time I set it up for the Neptune 2S using this guide. After that, I found support profiles for the Neptune 2S for Cura from here and CHEPs profiles from here. The problem is that when using the support profile from above or the CHEP profiles (the Good profile) I get this issue. But I f I use the profile from the guide that I initially set up, then I dont see this issue. But I do get similar imperfection but on a smaller scale, like this.

https://github.com/Toylerrr/Elegoo-Neptune-Support if you aren't already then I recommend using these profiles. It's made for the Neptune 2 and works really well.

which github profile did you use? I used this one without trouble https://github.com/Toylerrr/Elegoo-Neptune-Support then select the 2S profile and generic pla worked for me. Changed the temperature to around 200 and it gave a good calibration cube without trouble.

Unfortunately, Elegoo's version of Cura is now several releases behind Ultimaker's Cura, and is set to only get worse. My guess is that they'll only release an updated version once they release a new printer to got with it. That's why I use Ultimaker Cura with this printer profile (although you could probably just tweak a few values in the Creality Ender 3 profile and use that) along with these printing profiles. That said, don't just blindly stick to those profiles! Experiment!

I use 4.12 with both https://github.com/Toylerrr/ELEGOO_Neptune2_Cura for the printer profile and https://github.com/just-trey/elegoo_neptune_2_CHEP_cura_profiles for my slicing profiles

I have just gotten me a Neptune 2 for Christmas and it worked all fine in the first print but now the extruder motor rattles all the time and sometimes also clicks like shown in the video. I have already tried increasing nozzle temps but no audible change. Is this some kind of hardware issue or am I slicing something wrong? Im using the latest version of cura with this template and the „good“ option from here Also got this error with a modified ender 3 profile.
