RADV Ray-Tracing Enabled By Default For Mesa 23.2
It was 1440p at 165hz. I also play with uncapped FPS (shoutout er-patcher) and I usually get somewhere between 120-150 so raytracing is roughly 25-30% of the performance of rasterization. If you click the link in my previous comment you can use the arrow keys to swap between some comparison shots.

PureDark is working on adding DLSS to the game and there is a beta for it on his Patreon. As for the rest, you're best bet is gurrgur's Elden Ring Proton Patcher (despite the name, it does work for Windows).

I’ve got my frame rate limiter set to 30fps for stable frames, but Elden Ring doesn’t respect this setting. It works after I move the slider to 15 then back to 30, but it is annoying to do that every time I open the game. Any idea on how to fix this?
You should check this : https://github.com/gurrgur/er-patcher It will let you set 30fps cap and also change resolution to 16:10.

Yes, but you won't be able to play online (unless you want to risk a ban). Download this patcher: https://github.com/gurrgur/er-patcher/blob/main/README.md And paste this in the launch options: python er-patcher --rate 30 -- %command%
