machine learning has advanced to the point that you can extract 3d pose info from a video. There are a handful of startups that have popped up recently that convert user-uploaded videos to animations. But you can get free stuff on github: https://github.com/zju3dv/EasyMocap

Have you used Dall-e ai image generation yet? You only get 15 free credits per month but it is pretty good. Be sure in your prompts not to say "embroidery" though as the results will be too messy.

I use this website. To make an expanded cover you would use a more zoomed out image so you can erase the background and then you type what the background would be and it will fill it in
