Second lyrics in tab
You could also add the ESLyric component , https://github.com/ESLyric/release/releases to use in the second tab. Edit the Lyrics Sources "Tags" in the components options to display only your custom tag.

Lyrics from YouTube Music
If I'm not mistaken, YouTube gets their lyrics from Musixmatch. There isn't any plugin to get them straight from YouTube, but there are several components that can get lyrics from Musixmatch and other sources. Both OpenLyrics and ESLyric are very good

Show HN: Lrcget – Synchronized Lyrics Downloader for Your Offline Music Library
I'm not a foobar2000 user, but after some searches, there are Lyrics Show Panel 3 (mostly dead?) and its opensource alternative foo_openlyrics (https://github.com/jacquesh/foo_openlyrics).
Adding LRCLIB source should be easy and straightforward enough (https://github.com/jacquesh/foo_openlyrics/tree/master/src/s...). I'm not very experienced in C++ though, so I suggest opening an issue first to see if the author or anyone are willing to do the intergration.

My Default UI skin
It's foo_openlyrics. Note that to actually display the lyrics it need a source pull them from, which in the case of this video it's the file's metadata. When no lyrics is found it shows title, artist and album of the song

Mass downloading Synced Lyrics to file's metadata
Foobar with foo_openlyrics. It can find lyrics for you from various sources (Musixmatch, NetEase, QQ, etc). Or if you already have the lrc files you can set "local files" at the top of the search order so when it starts the search it'll see the files and just embed them to the tags.

From minilyrics (only for songs before like 2015) and openlyrics which is a foobar addon
