I "found" a wallet with Metamask. HOW??
But it has been cracked in some cases such as cracking a poor implementation of a random function... e.g. what happened with profanity using 32 bit seeds which can be done on consumer gpus and not super computers https://github.com/johguse/profanity/issues/61

eg this software was open-source but no body reviewed it. People found an issue and 6 months later it was exploited https://github.com/johguse/profanity/issues/61
