Maybe EDmarket Connector, with Spansh Plugin and the unnoficial build, and make a new csv that only include both places, its like copypaste, but withour Alt+tabbing, not needed for this.

Use EDMC + Spansh Router Plugin to auto-copy next destination to clipboard, making it easier to route the next jump, but do keep an eye on Spansh's list since it tells you when to fuel scoop on secondary stars.

You can save some more time by installing ED Market Connector and the plugin SpanshRouter. Then you can download the file from Spansh, load it into EDMC, and when traveling it will automatically copy the next point in your route when you reach a waypoint, sich means you just need to go into the map and copy in the next destination.

Get EDMC and you can have it as a plugin which is even more convenient as you can just CTRL-V to paste in your next system instead of hopping between windows to copy paste.

If you use EDMC or EDD-EDMC, you can use the SpanshRouter plugin, into which you can load the route (export to CSV from Spansh's site). It will track your progress and put the next system in the route into your clipboard. You'll want to keep the route on screen somehow because you'll need that to tell you when to scoop fuel.

Use EDMC and attach the Spanch Router plugin.

If so it hasn't been updated in about 2 years. Someone forked it and has been updating it so you could try that one: https://github.com/norohind/EDMC_SpanshRouter (EDMC 5.8+)
