As for not detecting the charger, your battery status probably isn't working properly. Have you tried ECEnabler?

Sounds like your battery stopped working properly under macOS. Maybe you could try ECEnabler? If that doesn't work, Dortania's OpenCore Post-Install guide has a section on fixing battery read-outs on laptops. (Why trackpad detection and battery status are so intertwined, I do not know.)

Kexts haven't loaded?
I have Monterey on my T530 working. I recently found ECenabler.kext, so now I don't need the Battery Hotpatch and renames any longer.

How do I get my battery recognized in Big Sur OC
try using this kext with virtualsmc and smcbatterymanager.kext
- Succesfull Install MacOS BigSur (11.4) on an RazerBlade 2020 base model. Trackpad not working.
