  • Daijisho does not add specific game to Library.

Seems you've already fixed your issue but most likely the issue was you using a gdi file that has the same md5 hash as another. You can see my response about it here.
  • Daijisho does not start PS2 Games directly
    1 project | /r/retroid | 1 Apr 2023
As long as you're not on the latest version of AetherSX2 it should load into PS2 games directly. Latest version broke a lot of stuff under the hood, link to info.

  • Daijishou scraping for arcade
    1 project | /r/retroid | 27 Mar 2023
Setting up my RP3+ with Daijishou frontend, having over 100 arcades roms for fbneo and many of them are not scraping correctly. There is a known issue on ArcadeItalia having hard limit on requests per IP. Is there any solution other than using vpn for scraping?

Reason why you have to sometimes change the default core/emulator is because Daijishou can detect app packages but can't really detect specific cores you have installed. The cores are there for choosing though, you just need to select them. You can always check these platform json files beforehand to see what Daijishou already has added.
  • Update: Changing the default Home App / Launcher on Pimax Portal is now possible!
    1 project | /r/pimax_portal | 22 Mar 2023
Yep, so in todays update Pimax finally added the ability to change the home screen/app or Home launcher on Pimax Portal. Means that we can use Daijishou, DIG or any other cool launcher for this device - very useful for people who will mainly use Portal in handheld mode and not VR.If you want to check out Daijishou, its free and available on Google Play Store as well as on Github (faster updates there): https://github.com/magneticchen/Daijishou
  • How to make Daijisho not display.bin files?
    1 project | /r/retroid | 19 Mar 2023
Not sure how your seeing bin files as its not available in any of the TGCD players. (Check the acceptedFilenameRegex lines for each player).
