Nah, that's just a normal status. The image shows a custom "rich presence" status, which is normally used to display extra information for games (eg, what map you're on, gamemade, etc) or for Spotify, but you can have it show various things, including those buttons. After a quick google, this or this could work.

The Discord Server Got Hacked. Don't click any links and get out of there now.
I'm looking at the github for the bot used to Nuke the server. It only happened because someone allowed the bot to have the necessary permissions. In the future, should there be a future, please refrain from adding unknown or untrusted admins.
