If there's other sounds on the centre channel you could also potentially run it through vocal isolation processing (e.g. the Music Rebalance tool in iZotope RX software). There's paid software that does this, but also free software out there that can do this but lacks the creature comforts of a nice user interface (E.g. demucs-gui or Ultimate Vocal Remover).

Needing a GOOD stem separation for an upcoming set, I decided to go down the linux and python rabbit hole this evening and compile DEMUCS myself. But there in the documentation was a link to a pre-compiled GUI version! https://github.com/CarlGao4/Demucs-Gui/releases

You can look into Demucs GUI. It's an AI music seperation tool developed by Facebook AI research. There are other music seperation tools like Deezer's Spleeter which I think is the music seperation engine used used in iZotope's RX10 (at no cost). Demucs is ime is the best at isolating vocals if you use the unquantized trained modelsi.e mdx and mdx_extra. Personally I find mdx_extra the best trained model for Demucs.

This is a pay as you go service that works pretty well. This one is free and works slightly less better (IMO) than the first. Website makes it sound like you have to use their search function but you can just drag and drop audio files in.

Try Stemroller (https://github.com/stemrollerapp/stemroller). It can break an mp3 down into individual stems. Very CPU intensive though.

I usually try a few options to test for the best results, including Vocalremover and Spleeter, but also https://www.stemroller.com/

I wonder why ubisoft hasn't used ai to split the tracks in rocksmith. There are tools like https://github.com/stemrollerapp/stemroller that can do it easily. DJs are doing this live with audio they are mixing. It would make the game more fun and realistic. I don't like hearing the original guitar over mine. I wish I could mute it and play solo.
