I'm planning on creating a Minecraft server using a Raspberry Pi 4 B. I was wondering what OS I should use. I'm currently split between the standard 32bit official Raspberry Pi OS lite, the official 64bit beta Raspberry Pi OS lite, the 64bit Ubuntu 20.04 server OS, and this unofficial 64bit Debian OS. What would give me the best performance?

Just got my Pi zero W to go next with my Rpi4B running pihole. Now I am having issues with installing the oled screen (Waveshare 1.3" 128x64 OLED SH1106). Spent a whole day trying to find some instructions for beginners and as I could not find any I am coming here for help!
So far the best instructions I've found are here:

I have tried to follow the instructions on the official Waveshare website, found lots of github instructions, heck I even found some on amazon questions. None of this worked, the screen is blank and not showing anything.
What are some alternatives?
