I'm planning on creating a Minecraft server using a Raspberry Pi 4 B. I was wondering what OS I should use. I'm currently split between the standard 32bit official Raspberry Pi OS lite, the official 64bit beta Raspberry Pi OS lite, the 64bit Ubuntu 20.04 server OS, and this unofficial 64bit Debian OS. What would give me the best performance?

Traefik2/Let's Encrypt with DuckDNS
I have a similar setup: I'm using ports rather than subdomains. Maybe it can be a good starting point https://github.com/Kwbmm/Homeserver/blob/master/docker-compose.yaml

I am self-hosting a bunch of services, all through docker. I've been having this issue since day 1 I started this project and have never been able to figure out what the hell it's wrong. Basically, on my RPi 3 I use docker-compose to launch the services I've setup here (feel free to take a look at the whole repository), and everything is fine.
What are some alternatives?
