Intel Arc A770 - Tomb Raider 2013 (driver 4502) (it's not good)
It isn't a good look for Intel because unless they are willing to wring the neck of every single game developer and game to force them to remaster/remake their games with DX12 or Vulkan or this "Translation Layer", they will never get the adoption that they are looking for.

I also tested out Unity on my system and got the same results as you to which DXVK gplasync or the older DXVK-Async "band-aid" fixed it. Really, that's the only thing that does address issues with DX11

Is anyone able to eradicate stutters on Overwatch 2 over X11?
Adding onto this, there's a fork of DXVK 2.1 which supports both GPL and Async. It's a bit experimental but you may want to take a look into it.
