2022 was a big year for Cube, and Magic in general. Lucky Paper's Cube Year in Review episode touches on all the high and low points.
I don't know how many other contributors are actively working on the site in addition to Gwen. I can say that it's been quiet in the contributor channels on Discord. You can see the history of commits on the project on this page, which suggests basically all of the work over the last 6 months has been done by Gwen.

CubeCobra sort by popularity broken?
I think the entire "played in % of cubes" feature is broken. Filed a GitHub issue for it here a week or so ago but looks like they haven't had a chance to triage yet. https://github.com/dekkerglen/CubeCobra/issues/2302

Official CubeCobra DraftBot Primer: Part 1 Introduction
Ancestral Vision has no mana cost printed on the card so when the bots look to see how much of each color they need to cast it they find they don't need any colors so assume that regardless of what lands they have they'll be able to play it on curve(assuming they have sufficient lands). This is a problem that comes up on a lot of cards and will be one of the things discussed in Part 5(not certain on numbering there) where I go over potential future work. For now you can just look at the github issue for it: https://github.com/dekkerglen/CubeCobra/issues/1664.

Prepare your Meteor.js project for the big 3.0 release!
Finally, the release of Node 16 became basically incompatible with fibers and thus, Meteor.js got stuck on Node 14. This implied a major rewrite of a large potion of the platform's internals as it all depended on fibers. Further, it implied that all Meteor.js projects and packages required a major rewrite as well.

Reviving an ancient Meteor.js project in 10 minutes 🦖
So, I found this project to be at release 0.8.3, which is from June, 2014. The latest available documentation are the release 1.3 docs. The related 1.3 release is tagged on GitHub from 2016, so there is basically a gap of two years in between this.
