If the links are not broken, there is no reason to keep updating the list. Besides, it is not some application source code repo that needs bumps and fixes every year. Nevertheless, here is another list. Not the latest, but still has working piracy links (for courses).

If you're on chrome, use nyaamal and you'll be able to see torrents from nyaa in myanimelist or anilist. Nyaa is blocked for me too but I can see all torrents from nyaa in the anime page.

You can check out the updated extension here. You can install the updates by reinstalling the extension (uninstall the existing extension first and then install it again using the same steps) or updating the source files of the extension with the updated ones and then clicking on Update in your Extensions panel (chrome://entensions, brave://extensions, etc.)
