Stars - the number of stars that a project has on GitHub. Growth - month over month growth in stars.
Activity is a relative number indicating how actively a project is being developed. Recent commits have higher weight than older ones.
For example, an activity of 9.0 indicates that a project is amongst the top 10% of the most actively developed projects that we are tracking.

Nearly all websites may breach GDPR
It's pretty well known that cookie-walls are rife with anti-consumer patterns. Going to something like formula1.com requires me to make more than 100 clicks to object to the 'legitimate interests' of as many companies. Which is a pretty terrible anti-pattern when I don't want to be tracked at all...
After reading the abstract, it seems the authors try to classify cookies using a special browser extension called "CookieBlock" [1]. I hope they are successful, because I hate being tracked on the internet.

Can you clarify, is everything in your repo (https://github.com/Reflio-com/reflio) like it says in the readme, or are there parts of the repo under a different license, as this file seems to imply- https://github.com/Reflio-com/reflio/blob/main/apps/reflio/L...? I don't see any license header or anything else that would indicate that some files are under a different license?
Second, what license is the Reflio referral tracking script under? It appears that this script should be integrated into the SaaS product itself? Having that script AGPL would be a poison pill that no sane non-AGPL SaaS would swallow.

Why I'm making my latest product open-source
The main LICENSE file then references to other licenses, which includes this license for part of the files, which does not look open source. This seems to be the bulk of the app.
We're launching very soon. Reflio is live on GitHub (please give us a star!), and our early access list is still open.
