Library for Python similar to Go's Viper / 12 Factor
The only thing I've found that is similar for python is: gila and vyper-config neither of which seems to have had much activity of late.
What are some alternatives?
python-dotenv - Reads key-value pairs from a .env file and can set them as environment variables. It helps in developing applications following the 12-factor principles.
spock - spock is a framework that helps manage complex parameter configurations during research and development of Python applications
bundlewrap - Config management with Python
strictyaml - Type-safe YAML parser and validator.
gin-config - Gin provides a lightweight configuration framework for Python
pydantic-cli - Turn Pydantic defined Data Models into CLI Tools
dynaconf - Configuration Management for Python ⚙
pyinfra - pyinfra automates infrastructure using Python. It’s fast and scales from one server to thousands. Great for ad-hoc command execution, service deployment, configuration management and more.
SaltStack - Software to automate the management and configuration of any infrastructure or application at scale. Get access to the Salt software package repository here:
