You can use Collapse Launcher. It should pick up your current installation and able to migrate it. Read the readme page for more instructions.

How do I download honkai cn, or is it impossible unless your a cn citizen?
You can use custom launchers to download the CN version in PC such as BetterHi3Launcher or Collapse Launcher but the problem still stands that you need a chinese identity to even get past the login screen but there are workarounds to this but idk if they're reliable but I do know people who have tried and succeeded

Batman Arkham Asylum X-Ray room lag PC fix
Okay so I started messing around once I found this utterly awful laggy area so here is my solution. 1. Download and overwrite the existing launcher with Batman Arkham Asylum Advanced Launcher if you haven't already. 2. Set up your graphics settings if you haven't. 3. UNCHECK "Enable OneFrameThreadLag"
