You can use Collapse Launcher. It should pick up your current installation and able to migrate it. Read the readme page for more instructions.

How do I download honkai cn, or is it impossible unless your a cn citizen?
You can use custom launchers to download the CN version in PC such as BetterHi3Launcher or Collapse Launcher but the problem still stands that you need a chinese identity to even get past the login screen but there are workarounds to this but idk if they're reliable but I do know people who have tried and succeeded

Personally, when I start the game back on PC, I used this launcher (https://github.com/BuIlDaLiBlE/BetterHI3Launcher) and basically pre-download files in the official Hi3rd Discord.

Is there a way I can download honkai without this annoying download screen?
When I download honkai from https://honkaiimpact3.hoyoverse.com/global/en-us/download, it gave me that annoying network fail stuff, so what I did was turn off my firewall and it did the same thing. hopefully, https://github.com/BuIlDaLiBlE/BetterHI3Launcher will work.

No subtitles in story cutscenes, and extracting files doesn't fix it.
