Have a look at CodeEdit. It’s open source, built using SwiftUI, and they’ve put a lot of work into uncovering some of the more ambiguous components in macOS.

In my opinion, you are better off compiling Grocy-SwiftUI (https://github.com/supergeorg/grocy-swiftui) in XCode yourself (disclaimer: I developed it). An AppStore release is planned, but not quite ready.
