u/QP_marketnetwork has given some ways to solve your problem. Clipjump is a good clipboard Manager for PC. Autohotkey is an excellent PC automation tool which has text expansion features. Both are free and open source.

It even has a recording feature itself, so you can go through the demo by hand and then cleanup the steps afterwards.
