u/QP_marketnetwork has given some ways to solve your problem. Clipjump is a good clipboard Manager for PC. Autohotkey is an excellent PC automation tool which has text expansion features. Both are free and open source.

Autostring with variables (GUI)
Take a look at lintalist. It is an extremely well-done, extensive text expander which can do almost anything. As long as you don't need an absolutely specific, overly complex string to expand, LL is probably your easiest and most convenient bet.
