Every message sent to, and received from, ChatGPT is checked by an external "moderation" request sent to the server. It's what makes those "content violation" messages appear. Undiscord will do it. Needs tampermonkey addon, so you have to log in to Discord on a web browser. It does take awhile, especially if you have many many messages it can take hours to run through them all. But you just push the button and off it goes.

Note that when you delete your Discord account Discord will not delete your messages and they will stay on their servers forever. You need to use a script like this to do that yourself.
