You'd need to load the save to be able to respec. Blueprint Purge might work, I've fixed a few broken saves with that.

So you need to disable blood arcanist and then repair the save. Disabling alone will not fix it. You will need this utility: https://github.com/Truinto/BlueprintPurge/releases
