Are there any FOSS chainanalysis tools?
I just remembered BlockSci, which at one point may have been able to do what you wanted for both BCH and BTC. However, it has not been maintained since 2020, and from the GitHuvbIssues it looks like would-be users are having lots of trouble even trying to install it at this point.

How to recover LBC from old wallet.dat?
What's the date on the file? It may be a test net wallet or an old lbrycrd full node wallet. You'd need to sync up a full node and then quit / replace the wallet file: https://github.com/lbryio/lbrycrd/releases/tag/v0.17.3.2
