Duplicacy is a dedicated backup tool with more power under the hood in term of compression, deduplication, checksums (without being proprietary, unlike HyperBackup). It is optimized to run multithreaded, again unlike HyperBackup (right now you have 1 process sending data out, how fast is that going to be compared to multiple processes?). You can find other points in its favor if you do a quick search of this subreddit. The duplicacy forums also have a number of comparisons between tools showing speed and archive advantages eg this one or this one. I would give it a shot, especially given your backup sizes.
