Blender + NVIDIA OptiX + native RPM - missing?
Probably it is because they would need to depend on proprietary bits for Optix. I recommend using Blender’s official binaries, as they just work and they are not outdated, while Fedora’s package is. Blender Launcher makes it easy to manage multiple Blender versions.

Custom blender vs blender question for a rookie
You can have multiple versions of Blender installed as long as they're in different directories. I recommend using a free tool called Blender Launcher to help manage the different versions. It's incredibly helpful.
- Has this happens to any one else I'm in blender 3.0 and it's driving me crazy, I redownloaded it and reopened blender and power off and on my PC
