How to know if a text inscription is the first of its kind minted?
Full node will let you query all the way back to the first blocks where satoshi put his famous first inscription "Chancellor of Finance announces 2nd bailout for the banks" or something liek that: https://bitcoin.org/en/download

Recovery code?
The good news is that these can definitely be imported into Bitcoin Core, or swept into an Electrum wallet, and there's a chance that all, or at least some, of your bitcoin are held in that one address, so it's worth giving it a shot.

If I wanted to convert $40 bn to Bitcoin, how would I go about it?
Okay fastest and cheapest way contact your local miners…. Being honest go to your local miners and ask them. This gets around CEXs. Also download bitcoin core. https://bitcoin.org/en/download. Download this to a 1tb flash drive. Do not create a bitcoin wallet. When this is complete go buy a cheap laptop and this is going to be your offline network. Hook up the flash drive and create your wallet offline to the new laptop. Transfer the files. While doing this you are going to create two copy’s of your wallet. One offline and one online. When you contact the miners you will transcribe your wallet address. While that’s going on your bank has already arranged for funds to transfer from credit to the miners. Once the miners receive funds you while be sent the bitcoin. On your online laptop open up bitcoin core. Once you see your funds update the ledger. Unplug your flash drive and upload the flash drive to the offline network. You should see your bitcoin (:

Very dumb question (I’ve tried the search function but no deal)
Get a non-custodial wallet: This is where you start to believe you really have Bitcoin, but it is still not perfect. A non-custodial wallet (like BlueWallet) is one of the slow types of Bitcoin wallets (on-chain) but this is where I think you, as a inquisitive mind, should start. Others will start with lightning wallets so they can buy beer right away. BlueWalllet has you create a "wallet" and gives you "seed words" to write down and keep safe. This is private. Do not take pictures of it, screenshots of it, and do not save it to a digital file. Paper is really easy and there's no risk of undiscovered malware being able to see what you write on paper. You'll very quickly learn the lingo: "wallet", "addresses", "utxo", etc. When you receive funds, the wallet will show you your balance like Coinbase does, but it will also show you a "transaction id". This, you can use to check that your transaction is real by checking a blockchain explorer like "https://mempool.space" or "https://bitcoinexplorer.org/". You are now able to check multiple sources, increasing your belief that the Bitcoin is real.

is there a way to have a "personal" block explorer based on your own full node?
It depends what you're running. Raspiblitz, for example, allows you to use btc rpc explorer (https://github.com/janoside/btc-rpc-explorer) and mempool (https://github.com/mempool/mempool) quite easily.
