I always go back to this list every year or so to look through the major ones. At least for my relatively unpublic life, I have never gotten readded after the initial time I went through to delete everything. YMMV if you are more prolific with your public persona than I am, but like other comments have said, don't trust those 3rd-party services to do this for you because many use Mechanical Turk type of labor with your personal info to basically walk through this list themselves (i.e. people that might keep your PII for nefarious identity theft purposes).

There are probably way too many data aggregators out there to keep track of completely, but theres definitely a few github repos I've seen that keep lists of both the companies and their opt-out procedures (some with automation).

This is one of the better ones I've seen: https://github.com/yaelwrites/Big-Ass-Data-Broker-Opt-Out-Li...

From a purely B2B perspective, the most egregious offender IMHO is Zoominfo largely because of the wide adoption in sales orgs. You can opt-out here: https://www.zoominfo.com/privacy-center/update/remove

It's a pain to do, but it really helps to opt out of data broker lists. I have a reminder to do this once per year, and only the "diff" of my life updates show up (e.g. address reappears because I moved, changed voter registration as a result, etc).
