okay that REALLY hit a nerve. you're so proud of becoming top 100 aren't you? took you THREE years? i wil have you know i was top 50 after playing for only a year. only 1 (ONE) year. while i was out grinding seiten no teriyaki and villain virus you were getting B's on 7 stars. don't you ever think you can say anything like that to me when you were a baby and i was a god. shortly after i became i HARD carried your shitty country to 3rd place in 2020 world cup and you know what? i would've carried it to #1 but didn't want to disrespect all the pitifull pieces of shit higher on the leaderboard back then, i'd feel disgusted by as much as playing against them, ugh no thank you. shortly after those events i outlasted you (and your plot armor) in beatkhana rumble royale. suck on that. i literally shit on you in one of the biggest and most game changing tournaments this game has ever seen. and now, a year later you're still not even close. while i'm doing absolutely nothing and staying in top 50 by simply being extremely good and humble, you've barely made it to top 100, which you only got because of a pp bomb BTW (by the way) while i haven't played ANY of those maps, and still in top 50, the front page of the global rankings on scoresaber.com. imagine being there, the first thing people see when clicking on global rankings. you must feel pretty jealous, kid. i also have 2 badges on scoresaber.com , one from world cup 2020 and one from shitmiss city 2021 where i carried astrella and garsh (best players in the game(cerret isn't human) fyi) to 3rd place (only third place because they threw) kind of dissapointing to be honest but you can't really have high expectations playing with unskilled players, which i knew about going in so no big deal. anyways, i have spent way too much time on this shit already, atleast not as long as you took to get top 100, get a life fucker. (also no one likes or plays or upvotes or downloads or curates or enjoys or has a good time with your maps) peace

Some have tried to rate difficulty, the most popular being ScoreSaber and their star system calculated by a secret algorithm. It is quite accurate, but sometimes maps are given a star rating too high or low.

First, mod your game with mod assistant and download a bunch of songs. buying music packs is not a good idea imo, because you can download same songs for free and often with better mapping. Next, for playing faster levels, use wrists instead of your whole arm. If you plan on playing bs a lot and getting competitive with it I recommend looking into ranked maps, they are maps that are picked, because of their good (sometimes not good) mapping, to earn you points which gives you a global rank on here: https://scoresaber.com

Try to look for ranked maps around 6-7 stars here: https://scoresaber.com . Some are good, some are bad, but almost all of them are better than ost maps. Or look into recently ranked maps and look for 7 stars, because newer maps are much better than maps from 2018.

PP are the points you get for passing a ranked map. There are non-ranked and ranked maps. Just check https://scoresaber.com/ and tick "Only show ranked leaderboards" on the right.

through it you can download simple, but trusted mods from the community. You can also download mods that are not on mod assistant through the modding discord (BSMG). If you want custom songs you can find them on beatsaver or beastsaber, but you will have to put them manually in your customlevels folder or you can download them ingame through mods. Custom sabers and other stuff are on https://modelsaber.com and again you will have to put them ingame manually with a mod called saberfactory. There is also a website called https://scoresaber.com where you can play ranked maps, earn performance points and compare your scores with other people.
