If you want to have more control, there's BallonsTranslator. It's a full-blown GUI editing software that's easy to use. Just open the app, and then open a folder where your manga is, and click run. I really recommend using this, though it only supports exporting as docs rn, you could just go to the project folder and grab the redrawn or typeset images.
